- VOICE MAIL machines and systems of voice mail are connected to the extensions of a private telephone exchange, which are the most common resources available on the exchange. Although external systems are at issue they are easy to be integrated with the majority of exchanges by redirecting the extensions to the voice mail, in case of a busy line or absence of answer. They have the same functions as particular specific units of this type but are far more inexpensive. The arrival of a message can be notified to the user of the extension in the same manner as with an integrated system – by switching on the lamp on the set, short calls in particular intervals, and additionally, depending on the model, the message can be delivered to his e-mail, released via private or GSM telephone, SMS etc.
- AUTOMATIC OPERATOR is connected to the sockets for extensions of private telephone exchanges. By programming adjustments can be made so that the calls from the city are routed to these extensions.
- INTERCOM It is connected to the extension of the private telephone exchange and to the relay for opening the doors. By pressing a button on the intercom, the operator has a possibility to use a conventional telephone (by picking up the receiver or by means of the speakerphone) to control the admission of clients. By pressing a key or by typing the code, the door is opened (i.e. the relay is activated).
- MUSIC ON HOLD The connection of the external "Music on hold" of high performance is the best way to use the period in which the caller is on hold for promotion of new products of the firm, presentation of the firm and its operation, the news of significance for the firm – awards, licences, certificates.
