Presentation of business outlooks and investment capacities of AD Telefonija

EXCEPTIONAL INTEREST OF POTENTIAL INVESTORS!

On April 11, 2007 a presentation, first in a row, for representatives of broker houses and investment funds, aimed at public informing on business results, plans and potential of AD Telefonija, was held.

On this highly attended presentation, Aleksandra Vukosavljević of Department for broker dealings of the Reiffeisen bank, the corporative agent of AD "Telefonija", presented the financial and market standings of AD "Telefonija".   

Mr. Branimir Bošković, Chief Executive Officer of AD "Telefonija" presented transactions and results of AD "Telefonija" but emphasized on the contracted and initiated businesses of cuurent year in the area of telecommunication and gas infrastructure, information-communication technologies, e-business and internet technologies.

Initial investments in profitable businesses shall open possibilities for new investments and significantly increase the business volume in ensuing period.

Natalija Nedeljković of Belgrade Stock Exchange pointed out that shares of AD "Telefonija", after two year period of stock trade by dominant price method, are recently traded with continuing trade method, and suggested the terms for their placing on listing A of the Stock. In direct conversation with the management of the firm, the representatives of investment funds and broker houses showed an interest for concrete projects and expected business results and expressed their contentment that such detailed and substantial access into business potential of AD "Telefonija" was presented to them.
