Company History

18th of December, 1954.

The first Belgrade cooperative of TT mechanics was founded at street of Cerska 116. The first investment of 131.590 dinars, through equipment and other working means, were given by the establishers:

• Živanović Ljubomir
• Bolić Pavle
• Stošić Selimir
• Ivalović Branko     

2nd of September, 1960.

It’s name changes into ‘’TELEFONIJA’’,a company for designing, maintenance of equipment and manufacture of TT devices, installations and accumulators.

1st of April, 1966.     

The company address is Cerska 20-22

28th of December, 1990.     

A process of ownership’s transformation has begun and, ’’Telefonija’’ becomes a shareholders company with 65% of public property and 35% of shareholder’s.

11th of February, 1999.     

AD Telefonija becomes a joint-stock company with 80,54% of stocks and 19,46% of public property.

20th of January,2000.     

AD Telefonija has achieved ISO 9001 Certificate.

17th of May, 2005.     

AD Telefonija’s stocks have appeared on Belgrade’s stock-exchange by a method of sygnificantly price.

17th of April, 2006.     

AD Telefonija becomes a member of AmCham in Serbia.

1st of August, 2006.

AD Telefonija's new business building is built in Kumodraška 241.

22nd of February, 2007. 

AD Telefonija’s stocks have changed on Belgrade’s stock-exchange into a method of continuous trading.

31st of March, 2008.

By decision of General Meeting joint-stock company AD Telefonija is organized as B.S. "Telefonija" a.d. with "Telefonija" as parent company and ''BeotelNet-ISP d.o.o'', ''Telefonija Brčko'' d.o.o and ''Gastel d.o.o'' as subsidiaries.
